The Summer House is a charming garden cottage for 2 guests, complete with a private bathroom with a shower, a kitchenette equipped with a refrigerator, stovetop, dishwasher, electric kettle, and espresso coffee machine, as well as a foldaway bed and a comfortable sofa. Outside, you’ll find a cozy seating area, perfect for enjoying breakfast or relaxing on warm summer evenings.
The spacious garden offers plenty of room and privacy for both accommodation units. The west-facing terrace provides pleasant shade in the morning and is the ideal spot to admire breathtaking sunsets in the evening.

- To secure and confirm the reservation, an advance payment of 50% of the total reservation amount is required.
- The remaining amount of 50% from the total reservation price will be charged 30 days before arrival.
- If cancelled 90 days or more before arrival, the guest will be refunded 20% of the advance payment.
- If cancelled within 90 days before arrival, no refund of the paid advance payment will be issued.
- If the guest does not show up on the arrival date, we will not refund the paid amount.
- The deposit is 300,00 € and must be paid upon arrival.
